Denna typ av jäsning är oumbärlig för att jäsa fristående, långjäst surdegsbröd. Det är också jäskorgen på marknaden som vi har haft allra bäst erfarenhet av inom surdegsbakning. Korgen beströs med ett glutenfritt mjöl innan användning så att degen inte fastnar. Den ska inte tvättas utan torka helt efter användning.
Finns även med tyg som tillval.
Träskorgen är tillverkad i naturlig trämassa, av träd som vuxit i ett hållbart skogsbruk och är fria från kemiska tillsatser.
