Diese Art des Aufgehens ist für das Aufgehen von freistehendem, lang gesäuertem Sauerteigbrot unverzichtbar. Es ist auch das Treibkörbchen auf dem Markt, mit dem wir die allerbesten Erfahrungen beim Sauerteigbacken gemacht haben. Das Körbchen wird vor Gebrauch mit einem glutenfreien Mehl bestreut, damit der Teig nicht klebt. Es sollte nicht gewaschen, sondern nach Gebrauch vollständig getrocknet werden.
Optional auch mit Tuch erhältlich.
Das Gärkörbchen wird aus natürlichem Zellstoff von Bäumen hergestellt, die in nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft gewachsen sind und sind frei von chemischen Zusätzen.
